Wills

One of the most important documents that you can prepare for yourself and your family is a Will. With 24 years of experience, Paul Wolf, Esq. has prepared many Wills.

In order to prepare a draft of your Will for your review, the following information is required:

  • Your name with middle initial
  • Your address
  • Your spouses name if you have one with middle initial
  • The names of any children with middle initials, ages and addresses
  • Who you would like to leave your estate to. Most people leave everything first to their spouse, then to their children equally, but you can write your Will however you prefer
  • Your first choice to serve as the Executor of your estate and a second choice in case that person cannot serve

Depending on your circumstances other information may be needed. Our firm charges $150 per Will.

You should also think about preparing other documents at the same time that you are doing a Will, such as a Health Care Proxy form which designates someone to make medical decisions for you if needed and a Power of Attorney form to have someone designated to take care of your affairs if you are unable to do so without help.
