While our work is focused primarily in Erie and Niagara county, we are able to handle cases in other parts of Western New York and New York State. In addition, we have on several occasions handled custody and visitation cases involving New York State and another state.
Cheryl and Paul have both taught family law courses at local colleges, and are more in tune to date on all of the most recent court decisions and changes in the law.
